See the hidden details inside a photo

If you find details you do not want to share, use Remove Image Metadata to make a clean copy.
Metadata, also called EXIF data, is saved automatically by most phone cameras. It can include the exact place where a photo was taken, the phone model, the date and time, and sometimes the editing program used. Looking at it before you post or send a picture helps you decide whether the original is safe to share. Messaging apps often remove this information, while photos sent as a file or by email usually keep it.
